A Virtual Recipe Swap

As the weather cools here in Salt Lake City, I find myself craving comfort foods. Have you heard of Tieghan Gerard’s website called Half-Baked Harvest? If you enjoy seasonal comfort food, this is a resource just for you! I have yet to make a recipe that isn’t delicious.

My plan for this week? I am going to try the Slow Cooker Sunday Bolognese Pasta recipe from the blog. We will likely follow the Instant Pot option as John is pleasantly obsessed with it. Doesn’t it look scrumptious? I may add a simple green salad on the side. And just look at these delicious Chocolate Butterscotch Bars for dessert! Now we are talking! So that is my plan. And now, you know my plan!

A few other meals for this week? Roast chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans. Buddha bowls. Vegetarian chili. Butternut squash soup.

Food is a pleasure of mine. So I must ask you…

WHAT IS A FAVORITE RECIPE YOU HAVE BEEN MAKING THIS AUTUMN? SHALL WE TRY FOR A VIRTUAL RECIPE SWAP?
